This is a 7-storey office complex in Melbourne’s Jolimont precinct, set for completion in June 2024.
Featuring advanced Smart Building technology, it includes energy management, Fault Detection & Diagnostics, and AI tools, all integrated into a single platform. This cutting-edge system, provided by COMMSecurity, will be a key development in Melbourne’s market.
627 Chapel Street – Goldfields House
Goldfields House in South Yarra, a premier building by ICON construction and Goldfields, was the first of its kind.
The COMMSecurity team integrated advanced security systems with smart lockers and visitor management, all connected to a single network. Currently, COMMSecurity manages the security systems and ICN, continuously expanding the building’s tech capabilities to maintain its leadership in the South Yarra market.
130 Lonsdale Street – Charter Hall
This existing building is in the heart of Melbourne’s CBD and the HQ for one of Australia’s leading development agencies. COMMSecurity and Charter Hall together went on the journey of identification, simplification and rationalisation.
